Reflection 2 -

1. What were the musical constraints of working with another student's sound block?

I'm sure that each of us had a different "road" in mind when we were first starting our blocks. I know I did. When picking sound blocks to use, I had a completely different goal in mind compared to what Lisa ended up with. She did a great job with what I gave her. Reflection 2

1. What were the musical constraints of working with another student's sound block? It was hard to know what the original thought process was and why they chose those sounds. Then you have to just go with the flow and create something without thinking about those needs to a certain extent. It was interesting to create that muscial story with just pieces. 2. Reflection

1. I couldn't add any more sounds or loops that I wanted to add. So I was left to what I was given by another individuals taste. I also didn't couldn't move existing sounds to where I wanted them to occur so I was stuck with what I could salvage. 2. In garage band, there are only the loops that you are given. There are places you can download other loops, but that is just really time consuming. Sometimes I couldn't find a specific loop that would fit the style I was looking for. In composing an… Continue
